Refund policy

HOW DO I RETURN GOODS ?

Counting from the date your order is received, you have 14 (fourteen) working days to return the products ordered.

Our priority is for you to be happy with your purchase,  if it is not the case, here is the procedure to follow.

• Send us an email to hello@editionlimitee.com.sg to get the return's address as returns to shops are not accepted. 
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their labels intact and any accessories included, in perfect condition for re-sale. They must not therefore have been worn, washed or damaged.
• Edition Limitee will not take responsibility for any loss of products during the shipment for returns. Thank you for sending all your returns by registered post, or we will be unable to refund the cost of the items if lost.
• The Customer is exclusively responsible for the cost of returning items.
• Any items purchased with discounts or on sales are strictly non exchangeable and non refundable.

 If the above conditions are met, the total amount of the items returned, will be refunded.

Your refund will take effect within thirty (30) days of receiving the items. You will be refunded by crediting the bank account used for your payment.
