Refund policy

Our priority is for you to be completely happy with your purchase. If that is not the case, we offer a 14 working day return period from the date your order is received.

Here is the procedure and conditions to follow:

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Send us an email at hello@editionlimitee.com.sg to request the designated return address. 
  2. Package your items securely in their original packaging.
  3. Ship your package using registered post or a tracked delivery service.

Please note: ÉDITION LIMITÉE is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment. All returns must be sent via registered post, as we will be unable to issue a refund if the items are lost in transit. The customer is exclusively responsible for the cost of returning items.

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact and any accessories included. Items must be in perfect condition for resale—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Duties & Taxes: International customs duties and local taxes are non-refundable.

 

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • Sale & Discounted Items: Any items purchased with discounts, promotional codes, or during sale events are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Archive Items: All archive or final clearance items are final sale.

 

REFUND PROCESS

If all the above conditions are met, the full amount of the returned items will be refunded.

Your refund will be processed by crediting the original bank account or payment method used for your purchase. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the date we receive your items for the refund to take effect.
