STERLING SILVER
Silver oxidation is a natural phenomenon that can be more or less intense depending on the humidity and acidity to which is exposed the jewelery. When not worn, store your jewelery in its cotton pouch in a dry place. A slight oxidation might appear which does not spoil your jewelery.
To give back to your jewelery its original bightness, clean it with a special dry chamois cloth.
VERMEIL
The vermeil jewels are made of 925/1000 silver covered by a 5-microns 22-carat gold. This guarantees a good resistance of the golden cover. To preserve your silver-gilt jewlery, Agnes de Verneuil recommends to avoid any contact with water.
To avoid any scratch, take care to leave your jewelery on a soft surface (fabric, velvet, paper). And please be aware that like any other jeweleries, it may brake in case of fall.
